We will learn about what grief is AND most importantly, experience how art, dance, basketball and music can help us with grief- and any other experiences we go through in life. We’ll learn how to remember the people, pets or things we care about that might not be with us anymore. This class will be led by a grief counselor, art teacher AND a teen grief guide. We’ve all been through grief and know how hard it can be. Join us as we practice different ways of coping and memory making, together.
